One good desserts place

Last Friday was one of the days which I really look forward to dinner, as I know I'm gonna try something new and here I'm introducing it.
Fify was the one who planned who that night.
Great recommendations! :)

We went to have dinner at Quiznos.
Quiznos is just a place like Subway, but it's way better than Subway! Really!
Sad that we didn't take any photos of it, but no worries, I'm definitely going back for more and will share on my blog soon!
But still, I would like to share a little info abt it.
It only cost less than $10 for the 6-inch bread, with soup AND drink! Isn't it cheap?
Anway, it's located at Orchard Central so whoever that is interested can give it a try!

After dinner at OC, we walked to Dhoby Ghaut for desserts. So what's our desserts?!

1-CARAMEL
a good place for desserts.

I know, it's expensive... but that's the price you pay for the quality.

Frozen 'Deconstructed' Strawberry Short Cake, $14 -Fennie's

Banana Cream Pie, $6.50 -Fify's

Red Velvet, $7.90 -Chris's

Hazelnut Praline Souffle, $14 -Rayne's

Lastly, Strawberry Short Cake, $8.90 -Mine!!! :)

Our happy faces with dessert! :)

Where's Chris & Rayne's photo? I don't know either.

Want to go there eat like right now?
They served main courses as well but not cheap also, maybe can prepare forty bucks if you wanna go have main course and dessert.
Here's a little details for you!
Check it out their website! http://www.1-caramel.com/
From there you can see what's your choices!
Located at Dhoby Ghaut, beside The Cathay & another one at UOB Centre.
Their desserts are really nice and not too sweet just a little pricey.

Now, it's your turn to try!

Once bite, it cracks.

PIZZA cracks because it's too SKINNY.

Introducing Skinny Pizza to you!
If you had tried Pizza Hut's thin crust pizza or Timbre's pizza, and you think thats thin, I will tell you it's not....
Skinny Pizza has pizza which is so thin that it will just CRACKS!

Definitely not something which looks pretty, but to me tasted quite nice.

Somewhat like Hawaiian pizza just that it doesn't have pineapple.
Extremely huge and generous ham :)

This seems like a pretty popular at Skinny Pizza.
Pick your own choice of side dishes, 3 for $15.
We had fries, 1/4m long sausage and fried sweet potatoes.
I will recommend fried sweet potatoes. I think it's rather unique taste as it's SWEET. &there's sprinkle of sugar on top. It will balance out the meal with that little sweetness.

Verdict: Worth giving it a try, overall is not very exp. I spent $18 there.

Give it a try to have your own verdict.

What's that long queue for?

Check out this extremely long queue!
So what are we actually queueing for? ...

This is it!
2D1N Soju Bang

Who's in for this great buffet? People below plus Yvonne!

Introduce the place first.
It's a place for Korean BBQ. It's super Korean style. The people working there are Koreans, the cutlery used are very Korean, people who went there to eat are Koreans too! It's like an authentic Korean BBQ place!

Check out the environment. Not very nice but you can see a lot Korean celebrities posters on the wall!

The varieties are not a lot, but it's sufficient to make you full!

A lot of pork! A bit scary plus i'm not a fan of pork! But i love their pork bacon!

Sauces for you! :)

Standard message that you will see at almost all the buffet places!

A little bell which you can use to call the waiters, but however it doesn't seems to work. Probably, you would like to just raise up your hand, it will be much faster that way.

Worry that you have to your hand to wrap the lettuce with meat? Peeling prawn?!
They are thoughtful enough to provide wet towel for you to use after your meal.

Paying for drinks? NO NO NO!
They provide free flow plain water (thou i'm not sure is it tap water), better than nothing.
And i always think that if you go buffet and drink soft drink, it will make you full faster so very 'bo hua'.
Their plain water comes in a big bottle (picture below), so don't have to keep on refill! Good :)

WE ARE SITTING IN FRONT OF LEE MIN HO'S POSTER!!! HAHAHA! :)

Kim Hyung Joong and Kim Bum's posters behind too! :)

And take note, they don't take reservations
We actually queued for abt 30 to 45min before getting our seats.

Start grabbing our food and BBQ-ed!

Yummy corn! Me love!

Kim Chi, all time favourite.

Prawn, beef, bacon, pork, chicken .... All In! :)

Us happy eating, happily chatting!

One of their dessert, which is like a sweet drink. Can't rmb the name of it.

We ordered Soju. Soju is a type of alcoholic beverage in Korea. It tasted like Vodka, and it's supposed to drink neat. But all of us doesn't like it so we added watermelon and squashed it in the cup! Wahahaha!

*Cheers!*

Our last round of loved Bacon!!!

Group photo!

Anw, this is like the first poster I spotted. Ha Ji Won, main lead actress for Secret Garden!

Before leaving, cam-whored!

I would strongly encourage people to give it a try!
